We went off to work this morning, not knowing we had a valve under the sink in the guest bathroom start to leak badly. Our housekeeper arrived to find the guest bathroom flooded. We needed help and we needed help quickly.
After calling all the sources which claim to have "One Hour Emergency" service, to find none could come for days, I gave Grable Plumbing a call. Not only was the person who answers their phones the nicest and most positive, but she managed to understand we had an emergency and promised to get a plumber out to us within the next two hours.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Joe Jr and the new electric tankless water heater he installed for me. I'm a retired renovation/handyman guy who would have done this work myself but had a couple hinges installed in my spine and both knees replaced and can longer do this type of work.
I needed to update my electrical panel to accommodate the new water heater. Everything was done above and beyond my expectations. However once winter came the noticed we couldn't fill our big soaker jacuzzi tub beyond luke warm. Joe Jr sent out the same person who originally installed

The shower handle had become too difficult to turn. It had become calcified over the last 8 years. In the same bathroom, was a flapper needing replacement as it would run water in the tank in the middle of the night. Mark came out and was our plumber who fixed everything and had such a friendly yet professional mannerism. He wasn't out to try and sell us anything we didn't need yet I feel in the future when we do need something again, we'll have a plumber we call with ease.

I had an outdoor fire that stopped my tankless water heater from working. I called several plumbers on Sunday. No one called back. First thing Monday, I called Grable. Someone was at my house by 9:30 and the dispatcher called and even moved up the window since she knew i was staying home from work. the plumber was very nice, clean, personable and professional and had the job done. He replaced about 5 ' of PVC, checked it all for leaks, and it was $315. I see their trucks in my neighborhood all the time, and they look professional, not some rusty buckes, and his truck had almost everything

Recently had some sewar issues at my home in South Tampa. A friend suggested I contact Grable Plumbing to come out and use their camera to scope the pipes under the house. Grable sent our Paul who was amazing. He explained to me what he was going to do and let me be a part of the process. I was able to see the camera as it traversed the pipes and we came up with a game plan. When he was done he cleaned up after himself and you would never know he was there. I highly recommend Paul and Grable.

High quality and affordable master plumbers are hard to find. I had Grable out earlier today for the 2nd time this year and it hit me how important it is to share my experiences to other prospective consumers in need of plumbing services.
First, I researched the local landscape and considered Yelp, Google, and Angie's List reviews and concluded Grable (along with one potential other) were the best bet in town for quality/price.

This company sold me a water softener and left before giving any instructions on its use. They didn't bring the correct cords for installation and so they took an old one from my garage that was 50 feet long and left it on the ground in the middle of the garage! I have three kids and this is a complete hazard. It ended up tripping my electricity upstairs and so I had to call to get a different plumber to fix! For $1600 you would think you would get quality, but lesson learned, I will never use them again!

They are eager to steal your money. I asked them to replace three broken valves under the sink. They said gave me a free estimate, and then came, and charge me for $359 just for three valves! We are the first time home buyer and never use plumbing service before and don't know the market price. After that another plumber said he will do that for just $170. The work is pretty easy if I have the tool to turn off the main valve I would do it myself. But for this company, I would never use them again.
