I had them replace a lock on my window. They also discovered that the glass was detached from the frame. They fixed both at a fair price. The owner, Mark, was courteous and professional and the person who came out to the house, Rollie(?), was very competent.

I had problem with my slider wheels. I looked everywhere. Desert Glass had the wheels I needed. The only problem I had the were 8 times the price for wheels everywhere else. Supply and demand I guess. Just very pricy!

Stopped by the storefront to get a handle for our slider.
It was something an installer had to fix. They came out
the same day. Repaired the handle. Installers were clean

Mark really was a great help. Even tho the job that my dad needed wasn't a large one by any means, Mark took his time to help my dad and found him the best deal and took his time to to work with my dad.

I called about getting a window fixed at my home. The gentleman who answered seemed disinterested in my business and said it would be much better and cheaper if I brought the window in myself. He said they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before they could get someone out.
I tried to get the window out but realized it was above my abilities. I called back a week later and got the same lousy response.

Called Fast Glass and got quick professional service.

These guys do nice work for a reasonable price. I took an antique cabinet door to them to replace the glass broken in a move. They fixed it quickly and for a fair price.

We had Desert Glass install a high quality "near frameless" shower door recently and could not have been happier. Mark and his crew were quick with the estimate, spot-on with the quote and exceeded our expectations with the installation. We will return for any additional work in the future and I recommend Desert Glass to anyone who wants hight quality work and products. As a side note, I had bids from Lowe's and Home Depot, and having a local company do the work was a better deal all around. Complete rip off on labor prices. They were here for 20 minutes to replace a track on a sliding glass door. Cost of part $38. Labor $200. Are you kidding me? Seriously call someone else. I phoned the shop owner Mark and complained. His answer? The labor includes travel time from the shop. I checked. I am 7 minutes travel time as they are close by. Don't do business here.

A good glass place is priceless since replacing broken glass can be a 'pane'.

Over the years I've hired Desert glass to:

* Replace numerous broken window panes
* Purchased a large piece of cut-to-order beveled glass for my coffee table
* Purchased a thinish piece of glass -- with rounded corners -- to protect the top of a cherrywood end table

Service here is fantastic. They fill orders quickly and the prices are comparable to other glass shops -- generally better.
