At first I thought it was just me but when I read the reviews its what I experienced Mainly its the main office. Lack of communicatio and I don't care attitude. I used this company 3 times and twice I had to wait for a part which they never called after waitung a month to say it was in. In a company customer satisfaction is so very imprtant for all parties but sad to say ths company lacks greatly.

Brennen and Nester came to my home 3/24/21 to repair my leaky faucet. The job turned out to bigger than a leak, resulting in the total replacement of the sink stopper. As it turned out, they were able to match the existing brushed nickel hardware that matched the faucet. Brennen and Nester did an exceptional job.

Still waiting on a follow up. From Christmas Eve last year.
Over 4 months and a 30x30 hole infront of my driveway.
The Gentleman that did the job were great. In and out one day.
The other processes I'm not to happy with. Maybe out of there hands now.
I have an insurance with the water company. Most likely them.
Lanzo did what they had to in a timely manner.

The most unprofessional and uncaring company out there, how they are still in business is beyond me. Late, no excuses and a "take it or leave it" attitude as if they are God's gift to the world and the customer should be lucky to have them in their house. The lady who answers the phone is rude and does not care at all. The company doesn't care much whether they stick to committed times and if they get to you then great, if they can't then oh well. How the Better Business Bureau hasnt received complaints about these people is also puzzling. Leaving a bad review for these people is nothing to them

Next time call Roto Rooter.
Called because my bathroom toilet was clogged. When the technician arrived he was lamenting the fact that he had to clear out a toilet (I guess next time I should call a roofer to correct a plumbing issue). When I showed him my drain, he chastised me for not clearing it out and I told him I had an outdoor drain, he chastised me for not telling him that (Next time I‘ll exact my mind reading skills).
So after using his 75 foot snake, he proceeded to call his office for guidance. He still couldn’t clear the leak out and actually asked me if I had access to my next

Timeliness, Problem Resolution, Professionalism, Communication] Maurice and Luis of Lando Plumbing and Sewer were excellent. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They were prompt, professional, tidy and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I am extremely happy with the service I received. I have used them on 3 occasions (different issues). I would highly recommend this company.

Our experience was extremely positive. We were able to get same day service to resolve an issue with our main. Maurice and his coworker were not only great plumbers that got the job done well, but they were willing to do it in a much harder way for them in order to make less of a mess and hassle for us--- rare in today's service industry. They were pleasant, professional, accommodating and personable, and we will definitely use them again in the future!
