Bryan and his whole team were extremely professional throughout the entire process, from quote to installation. Bryan gave us an extremely competitive quote on a boiler/heater install and was able to come out and do the install the very next day! His team was efficient, effective, and they even walked me through how each system works and what I need to keep an eye on to get the longest life out of the units. I would definitely recommend BZ to anyone in need of a plumber, and would definitely use them again in the future!

Unfortunately, BZ Dependable was one of the worst, least professional, contractors I have ever worked with, especially Brian the owner who was astonishingly unprofessional, rude, and an aggressive bully.
The terrible experience starts from the beginning, booking the appointment after accepting the estimate, where we selected a day, and later had to change it because the scheduler had estimated the wrong duration for the job - this was a big inconvenience for me, as I live in a co-op and need to get approval and pay for water shut off (as well as waiting an additional week to start the work).

BZ Dependable lives up to their name and I would add thorough, professional, and quality work. We hired BZ Dependable to replace an ageing and problematic steam heat piping system (a sizable job). From the very first phone call to the respectful and competent apprentice staff to the final cleanup and post-work review, the service was impeccable. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job BZ did for me today. His staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. The technician came out the day before the job with a reasonable quote, and came back the next day. He was on time, professional, and did a great job.
