Ordered screens for my garage, it took months and many calls to get them. When they finally arrived they were the wrong color and wrong size, the company measured 3 times but still wrong. We called another company to see about getting them cut to the right size. They said they were cheap quality and they can't be repaired. Lesson learned will never go there again.

Very unpleasant experience with this company. I have called several contractors over the years for quotes, and none were as unfriendly/impatient or unprofessional as this one. I felt uncomfortable in my own home and was talked at like I was clueless (I'm obviously going to ask questions about the doors and windows that don't come cheap). Needless to say I did not get a good first impression and am giving the job to a company that treats potential customers better.

Horrible experience with this outfit. I now have to paint entire house. Tore off stucco when removing old door, never told me door needed to be painted. Owner Rob had excuses and no answer to how I'm going to match the paint on the wall above the door. Refused to provide me his state contractor's license number when asked. Will file complaint with state, BBB, and put lousy reviews everywhere. He then proceeded to mock my other doors (which I was going to get him to replace had his outfit done a good job with one door - thank goodness I didn't order all 3 from him) and then called me fat and told

I wanted to replace my double front doors because they were outdated and installed when the house was built in 1988. They were still in good shape, just outdated with the elliptical glass. I got 4 estimates including one from Quality. I read reviews on Google and other sites beforehand but decided to go with Quality because they had a great looking door (full glass) at a competitive price. When Rob came out to measure the doors, he told me I could replace just the doors because the sill, threshold, jambs and casings were still in great shape and their company had installed the original doors and
