Home Staging is the art of preparing to sell your home faster and for more profit by presenting it in its most positive light. ATD has the tools to look at your home objectively and suggest changes and updates that will make emotional connections to buyers. This is a hands-on consult. The stager will go from room to room, addressing each space in order to prepare it for the market.
Well, we almost moved before deciding to love the home we are in. I wasn't sure that was possible before I called Ann. A 1950's home, a few oddly shaped rooms, unappealing paint color from when we bought our home 9 years ago. I was nervous about calling an interior designer but she put me immediately at ease.

Maria showed up at our front door right on time with enthusiasm and ideas. She helped us with a long awaited and much needed improvement to our family space using our current furnishings plus recommendations for a few select items. She readily pitched in helping move furniture and hanging pictures. We would use her again!

We hired Ann to stage our vacant home for sale. She was responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. She was transparent about cost, and kept everything in our agreed upon range. Ann did an AMAZING job making the house look perfect. It looked so good, I almost wanted to move back in!
The house received several offers the day we listed it, and we received well over asking price. I believe the staging was integral in making that happen.

Maria and Ann were a an absolute breath of fresh air! After an overwhelming weekend of moving and unpacking, they were able to step foot in our home and bring life to our "vibe visions." I have used Ann for multiple listings and both myself and my clients have always been thrilled.
