This man came to my house and "repaired" the problem and charged us.. problem is THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM was there after he left. When we contacted him to please come back to look at it and see what the Actual problem is and was met with very rude responses and refusal to even consider coming back until more money was given. Do NOT use this extremely rude and unprofessional man's services.

Duane was very courteous, quick and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly over the phone had the part and repaired it within 4 days. I will be calling DMG in the future for any type of repairs I need in my home.

Hands down the best appliance repair company in the area!!! Duane is awesome! I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received. As previous reviewers mentioned, he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone while asking the right questions and really listening to me. He ordered the part and came quickly and installed it and Bam! My oven is working and the family is happy. He even gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again.

When my double oven suddenly stopped heating, I decided to call Duane based on his good reviews. I'm usually skeptical of reviews, but after my experience I can see that he definitely earned them!
Duane listened to the problem I was having and asked for the model number of the unit, which I provided. He called me back an hour or so later and I was surprised that he had already done his research and even had prices of replacement parts ready, should I need to order them. I had two repairmen tell me to go buy a new washing machine. Duane returned my call and said he'd like to take a look at it before I went out to buy a new one. He saved me from buying a new washing machine by replacing a part. I've had no problems since. I appreciated his honesty and timeliness.

I needed a 5/16" ice maker water line (leaking) replaced. Duane came & spliced the line with a 2 ft piece of line and a 5/16 " staight connector for tubing. Charged me 95.00 service call 40.00 for a 2ft piece of hose and a 6.00 connector Repair time 5 minutes...total. It leaked in a week so I called him back. A week later he shows up and puts another straight connector on (took him a week to get this one). OOPs, now the water line is leaking again because the line is brittle after 13 years which he certainly should have known you can"t splice a britttle line. He complained

What great service! Came same day. Took 3 minutes to review my non-operating freezer in my fridge and diagnosed problem. Unfortunately it was an expensive repair so he recommended getting a new fridge. Duane did not charge for his visit, but was happy to give advice on the best brand to purchase based on his experience. Will definitely call in future for any appliance repair.
