Emailed Action for service request. Janet responded within an hour. Setup Tom to come in a few days to look at our washer. He called on a weekend to alert us of our time slot. I missed the call so he left a voicemail. He then called on Monday morning to confirm he was to be at our home first thing. He was polite and wore a facemask in these weird times . He explained everything before he did the work. Have no complaints. Washer works great again. Will call again if needed.

Hands down the worst experience ever! We scheduled a repair appointment with them through home warranty and were told that they will call the day before the appointment to confirm appointment time. Never received any phone call until the day of the appointment. We missed the call and ended up calling them back 10 minutes after, only to be told that we missed the appointment and we had to reschedule, which we were fine with. Then the women on the phone kept yelling and lecturing us saying we gave them multiple phone numbers and we did not pick up the phone when she called. We said multiple times

BEWARE! Tom is a wolf in sheep's clothing! Required $300 payment upfront for parts on a repair that was never completed. Wrong parts ordered. Wrong item repaired. After several weeks without a refrigerator, still not fixed. He walked away with promise of a refund that never happened. Left several unanswered messages. Unsure how he can sleep at night knowing he cheats people who put their trust in him. A true example of why there is little trust left in the world. Shameful!

Tom came and fixed my refrigerator water valve and immediately got the parts from a local distributor. My refrigerator was fixed in less than 90 minutes. He was quick, cleaned up the little water that spilled on the floor and gave me his business card. I will use him for all future repairs. I called on Monday and they gave me a next day appointment. That is superior customer service and I appreciate having my refrigerator water line fixed.

We just moved into a new house and the ice machine immediately broke. We called Action Appliance, and Tom, the owner, promptly got us on the schedule. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to order the part and make the repair within the same week. I like using local small businesses when we need things done, and I would definitely recommend this company.

I am very pleased with Action Appliance Services. I called yesterday with not one but two appliance problems. A technician was able to come today (promptly with half an hour notice) to fix both issues. The timing was very appreciated because of the water leaks! The technician was not only polite but very knowledgeable. He knew the issues immediately and fixed quickly. Also, he answered all of my many questions in detail. I would sincerely recommend this service. I even called my mother to report how successful the visit was. I had both a fridge and washer serviced/repaired.
