I'm embarrassed to say that I called this guy out here without checking for myself first. I just believed the roomie. Turns out, somebody had shut off the gas valve in the supply line.... it was /right there/!
So Sean came out, started checking things out, spotted the obvious, then refused to let me pay him anything for his troubles. I definitely will be trusting and recommending these folks in future.

I highly recommend Hauck Appliance Repair.
I contacted four appliance repair businesses to request a quote to repair our over-the-range, 6-year-old Kenmore microwave. Two never got back to me, and one told me they don't repair microwaves.
Sean from Hauck Appliance Repair got back to me quickly and was able to schedule a visit for the following week. He called 30 minutes before he arrived, arriving on time, early in the two-hour window I was given, and was professional and polite throughout the entire visit. It took him only about 30 minutes to make the repair, and he even took time to discuss

What a great experience using Hauck Apl. repair: got appointment soon after my call, got the update and specific time when they are coming and arrived on time. But above all, Mike- the serviceman is super super super knowledgeable, very helpful and professional ! From now on this will be the company I`ll call for any of my house appliances !
