Called several places to try to get our LG refrigerator fixed (that suddenly stopped getting cold). The first place was going to just send a tech out to look at it. When I spoke to Debbie at ASC she asked so many questions! I had a case # from LG which she wanted, odds and ends of other paperwork, picture of the inside tag which gave her pertinent information. She then told me based on all of that when Dennis, the tech came out the following week he'd have all the parts needed for the repair. I called and cancelled the other appointment since I knew they'd do nothing toward repairing the LG, needed

Great Job providing great service was not able to fix the washer do to the repair cost when discussed with Dennis we agreed better to replace the washer with a new than to spend almost the same amount to fix the current one.

Technician called before and was on time. He was able to detect the issue of why the clothes washer was leaking water. He advised that repair would be temporary and should buy a new washer. Also recommended buying the washer over Memorial Day weekend when Big Box Stores will have low prices. Very helpful!!
