Never ever again will we use Haydens for our septic issues, specifically pumping. Our tank is 1500 gallons, it was pumped 3 years ago by Haydens, last spring and low and behold it was so full again. They do not pump the entire tank.. they at best pumped 1/4 of our tank. If it would've been pumped correctly 3 years ago we wouldn't need to have it pumped again for at least another year 2021. Having it pumped right now for the 3rd time.. but this time we went to Lancasters. He already could tell that Haydens had been here last. So tell me why we paid over $300, yall have a 2300 gallon tank and our

Terrible, not happy at all. Had our septic tank pumped in 2019 by Hayden's and a year later it is full again. We watched him pump it this time and know for a fact he didn't empty it properly. 1200 gallon tank, he was here for no longer than ten minutes. Didn't go to the bottom of the tank. (We do have a high water table and a lot of ground water here, and the ground water does run back in quickly, BUT, used a different service before and it lasted FIVE years). Not to mention he was rude. Said to call them back when the water table drops to pump again. Who has that kind of money to keep paying?

Was told they could locate septic . So I scheduled an appointment to have locate and clean out done. They cancelled appointment and rescheduled for following day . They came were there 15 minutes and told my wife they couldn’t find it. And this is after I dug 30 feet of line up found the clean out and marked my finger system and they still could not find it wow what a waste of time. Call someone else don’t waste your time
