I have used Sergio and his moving company on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I were impressed each and every time. The movers showed up on time, they were very professional, and took good care of our furniture. They actually moved as quickly and as carefully as they could which ultimately saved me money at the end of the day. Great company I wouldn't go with anyone else!

These people were delivering furniture next-door and would not turn their diesel truck off while it idled and the exhaust came in and filled our house! I asked Politely to turn the engine off and they said they would only be a couple of minutes… 15 minutes later it was still running. I talked to who they said was the boss and she said that’s the way we work. These people could care less.

My wife and I were extremely displeased with the level of service we received from Sergio Franco. He and another gentleman paid two visits to our home to move some furniture and hang some heavy framed pictures. Problems included:
*Showing up late - well after the schedule arrival time in both instances.
*Saying he had to charge for a two hour minimum and falling far short of that mark even though there was additional work that needed to be done.
*He incorrectly hung the heavy framed pictures causing damage to the wall and the molding directly below - which he did not offer to repair or pay for
