Byrd Tile has an incredible tile selection and their designer gave me great advice. She helped make a difficult decision less overwhelming and listened to what I was looking for. The process from selection to ordering to install was seamless - we redid two bathrooms and our kitchen backsplash and everything looks AMAZING! Thank you Byrd Tile!!

I was so happy to find Byrd Tile and particularly Donna who works in the Wake Forest show room. Donna was incredibly helpful -- I was a little overwhelmed with all of the selections that needed to be made - and she guided me through the process with many great suggestions. She also was so helpful in explaining the process and the potential snags in the delivery of my tiles. Donna kept me updated and was very responsive to my emails and calls. Now that we hav done one bathroom we are ready to take on the second, and I will definitely us Byrd Tile again!!

I was looking for a local supplier for the Schluter/Kerdi products. After calling around, Byrd Tile was the only company that carried the products. I stopped by and they invited me into the warehouse to see what they stocked. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He worked with me to get exactly what I needed. It was a great experience. Definitely going back for more on my next project.

Love this store and their many tile choices. Met Caroline when we started renovating our laundry room. Her patience was endless as I took my time checking out different samples. Our laundry room remodel led us to installing tile on our whole first floor, which led to backslashes in our laundry room, kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and game room. Byrd Tile worked with us and our hectic remodeling schedule with patience and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caroline and Bryd Tile to anyone looking for a quality product. Donna at Byrd Tile is outstanding. She's personable and very helpful. I won't go into detail but Donna and Byrd Tile proved their superiority compared to their competition. The staff is accommodating and make sure you get what you need. They also beat the price of the same tile offered by their competition by a considerable amount.

This might be a good place to shop if you are working with a contractor and already know exactly what you want, but if you're on your own and rely on one of their "designers" for help, you will probably be out of luck. The designer we met with had zero ideas and zero enthusiasm. We were very disappointed. I'm only giving the place three stars because the selection is good and the receptionist was welcoming.

Our tile arrived severely warped and the sales associate we had worked with tried to assure us that was normal for their product. Our contractor and installer strongly disagreed with that statement and I had to go back and forth with the designer on it. Finally after sending her photos of the warp she agreed it was a 'larger warp than they usually expect' and could not be installed.
They re-ordered it for us at no charge, which I appreciated. However, the second batch of tile was again

I did a ton of research when we were forced to do a full bathroom renovation because of a leak. I compared several local (Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville) places as well as chains (Home Depot and Lowe's) and websites (Wayfair, etc.). Byrd tile was by far the best option in regard to price and selection. What prevents this review from being perfect is my disappointment in the customer service. I felt like I had to project manage the sales person, who did not help me on the show floor at all (I never met), and was simply assigned to me when I went to place my order. We are a contractor and we use Byrd Tile exclusively because of their friendly ways and excellent attention to detail. We act as an intermediary between the tile distributor and the customers because it can often be difficult to navigate. We've actually switched from another tile distributor to Byrd because they work so well with and for us.
