Finding a qualified tile company is tricky. We hired Elite Tile/Apex and . . three months later, we had an unfinished mess on our hands, broken tiles, scratched tub, unfinished work, etc.
So, we hired BBJ as a "corrective contractor" They came in, demoed the other company's disaster, and replaced the tile quickly and efficiently. They even smoothed the wall out where the other company damaged it . . . no charge. The actual crew members were nice and good communicators, the owner/project manager was on site to inspect the work. They covered up areas around the wet saw and work area thoroughly with

Exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and quality. We are very pleased with our full bathroom remodel. Maynor set all expectations up front, communicated with us clearly during the process, and helped us tremendously. His team was very professional and completed the job within the scope of work. They transformed our bathroom from a 1970's retro to a modern, refined look. We used BBJ Tile for a kitchen update (floors and backsplash). Out of the 3 contractors we requested quotes from Maynor was by far the most prepared, professional and detailed in the process. When you're renovating your house, finding good contractors is key, and BBJ title is definitely one of our favorites! They have transformed 3 of our bathrooms and our laundry room.The title work is beautiful, the work is done quickly and on time, and the service is professional. I hired BBJ Tile to fix a tile floor that was incorrectly unstalled by another contractor. They took the time to show me how/why it was not correctly installed, explained the steps for proper installation, and went on to install a seamless tile floor. I also had them install an entry way tile floor and bathroom tile floor because the work was such good quality. They used proper transition materials to match the theme of my home and matched everything to my carpet and tile selections. This tile work was grade A+. They went above and beyond to make me happy. They had to bring their equipment up 30
