I purchased a queen size mattress and supporting slats today from John Grant at Payless Furniture Miamisburg. I was in the store last week and he was most helpful in assisting me with my selection. I purchased the mattress at 1 PM today and it was delivered by 6 PM! An extra special thanks to John and Mo! Thank you also to the delivery team, as my mattress was delivered on time! I was getting the runaround at this other Furniture store so i went back and got my money then i went to Payless and i found what i wanted. This is my second purchase with them and while it’s 1 star that’s only for Art, the salesperson I’ve dealt with both times. He’s great! Let’s me drag him all over the store figuring out what I can afford to purchase. What is horrible about this place is everyone else, like any other sales associate and especially their delivery service. Who tries to deliver furniture at 1030 pm on a Friday night? The same people that blame the customer for not answering the phone call at that time, I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse, which I had done Thursday night and then stayed up all day waiting for

Went in to buy a couch found one that was perfect with a wonderful price. The sales associates that helped me were wonderful. It was delivered on time and the 2 delivery drivers mark and duane (sorry if not spelled correctly) did a fabulous job. I've never had such a great experience with a delivery as I did with this company. Will be returning in the future for any furniture purchases!

Went in looking for a fee pieces of furniture for my inlaws. Jamie greeted us at the door with a smile and asked if she could help us find anything. Told her what we were looking for and she led us to the perfect couch and mattress set. Not to mention the price was great!! Excited to be able to get it delivered within 2 days after other competitors are taking weeks/months for delivery! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

The staff there was amazing, couldn't ask for better. They did there job. They showed us what we needed, offered amazing price, and was delivered within one day during this crazy time of nothing being in stock anywhere else (2020). All without making us feel pressured to purchase. The selection was great, every style you may want. I will definitely be a return customer. And our furniture is comfortable, good quality, and looks great. Would definitely recommend Payless Furniture to friends, and family.
