The woman that answered the phone who said she is the owner is the rudest person I know. Definitely not a person I want to do business with. She hung up on me and then when I called back she had a complete attitude. Not professional at all!!!!!
Everyone from Southport knows me. Try again. I don't have any foul language. All I said was "well... that is rude" if that's bad language then yes. You got me. But no profanity was used. That's not my character. Maybe the rest of the staff is nice. I dealt with Kate. Not so friendly. They do have sizable clean units. Just not friendly.

If I could break Google and give Sentry Self Storage 10 stars, I would. The staff is friendly and beyond helpful, the storage units are very clean. We locked ourselves out of the main building and they lended us another key. They gave us COLD water, as it was very hot and humid outside and we had our baby girl with us. I will recommend this place to anyone! Sentry Self Storage sets a wonderful standard that ALL storage facilities should meet.

I have never experienced the type of professionalism as I have at this storage place. The people here are above helpful. The place is clean and the people running the facility make you feel confident regarding your items in storage.
I had to rent a moving truck two times. One time I took a large truck one-way to New York City and the price was beyond reasonable.
I have actually moved to NYC and have kept my items in storage here for close to two years. I do not worry at all that my things are in NC and I am in NYC. If I didn't feel secure with these people my items surely would not be there.
