City Storage South and North are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. City Storage 421 is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm. All you need is a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID. Perishables, plants, animals, combustible items, flammable or hazardous items, stolen or illegal goods.

City Storage will double lock your unit and lock you out of the facility to extort fees from customers. Their are No Bathrooms on site and they tell customers to use the 'Gas Station'. They Violate ADA 'Americas with Disabilities Act' Building Codes which have nothing to do with 'Local Building Codes' ! They Belittle Customers!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They consistently do not have working doors or security codes and I can not get in after hours to drop off or pick up items. Planned a camping trip and had to cancel my vacation because I could not get in to pick up equipment. There is no 24 hour customer service as is stated on the building, no one returns messages. Unacceptable.

24hour drop off very convenient! They called to confirm they had checked in the equipment I had rented, before I could call them! Not many people around hold up their end of the deals, but these guys did. They didn't even really make money off me, but they made me feel like a valued customer! Thanks guys!
