My name is Mark Constantino and I'm the proud owner of Arkadia - Eco Pest Control, LLC here in NJ. Since 2009, we've been providing eco-friendly pest control services in New Jersey. Called in the beginning of summer. Everyone of the staff were very friendly. They took off my cedar shingles and drilled holes into my drywall treating the outside and inside of my house 3 times in a 2 month period for carpenter ants... still heard the ants in the walls with no signs of them dying at the end of August. So I took matters into my own hands and bought 2 cans of TERRO Carpenter Ant spray and TERRO perimeter bait grains. Sprayed outside under my cedar shingles and spread the grains heavily around my house, within a week all of the ants were dead and we didn't hear anything anymore in

As always, the Arkadia team did a fantastic job helping us, including helping get us settled into our new home. Led by Drew, the team did a full house termite procedure and were very careful and thoughtful about our well water and what to use where.
The guys were professional, hard working, thoughtful, listened carefully and were very responsive.
And then they created a comprehensive ongoing plan for the house and around the property to protect against mosquitos, ticks, mice and and ants.

The girls in the office are so sweet and accommodating and the techs explained everything very thoroughly and most importantly listened to me letting them know what I needed handled and assured me if I ever needed anything before a service call to let them know! I appreciate them so much already! ❤
UPDATE: After the first service I was a little horrified as the spiders came out of their hiding places.. I even spider bombed the place - but after the second service I am so pleased! We’ve been using Arkadia for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. We started because we wanted a chemical free solution to carpenter ants and eventually started using them for mosquitoes and ticks as well. They are very responsive, prompt and thorough. Any problem was quickly resolved. We also had a bee hive in our attic and this was very quickly resolved too! Highly recommend!

We requested an inspection to assess an ongoing cave cricket problem. Our technician, Jake, arrived on time and proceeded with his inspection of our property. He quickly located the source of the problem. After discussing the various service programs available with Arkadia we decided to sign up. Jake offered to perform the first application while he was here and we gladly agreed! It’s only been a few days but thus far we have no cave cricket sightings!

Emailed Arcadia Pest Control the Sunday after Christmas as I was having a rodent problem. An appointment was made 2 days later and a tech named Andrew came out and set up traps and was very knowledgeable. Within Two days of his coming out got a few rodents. Today two weeks later Andrew came back for a follow up and added a few more traps. Am hoping this is under control since Andrew had patched some areas where he believed they could be coming in the first time. Again, Andrew was very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you.

We chose Arkadia Pest Solutions over other pest control companies because of their Organic Pest Control Program. We recently purchased a house in Wayne and want to keep up with annual pest treatments. One of their technicians, Mark, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He thoughtfully answered all our questions and explained in detail how the organic program works.
