Daniel is great to work with. He arrived on time, inspected for the mouse problem, gave me a fair quote and explained the process. I was concerned about mice dying in the house and causing a smell. While another company just said it would use snap traps and provided no further explanation, Daniel explained the pros and cons of different approaches. He arrived today to do the first of several treatments and all went well. Definitely recommend.

We unfortunately encountered a Bed Bug problem, we called On Point Pest Control for a quote and they immediately came the next day, Our technician was Daniel, he presented us with an affordable quote, he put us at such ease as we were all extremely nervous that an infestation was already starting.
Daniel gave specific instructions to prepare the house for treatment, we scheduled our first process 4 days after our quote, Daniel was on time and left the home in great condition for us to re-enter our second process was the following week and again on time and very professional, We are extremely happy

I don't regularly write reviews but I chose to work with On Point based on their YP reviews and I'm happy to add my 5 stars to their collection!! I phone a couple of pest control companies to manage a flea problem in my home -- On Point was the first company I spoke with where the representative who answered the phone was able to talk to me about my situation (rather than tell me someone needed to phone me back...) and she did not immediately try
