Roof Leak Patrol was very responsive. I orginally call them looking for someone to repair a small hole in my roof. When I called I reached an answering machine but left no message because I had called so many companies. I had Roof Leak Patrol do a roof inspection which is crucial in the Florida climate. They found a damage issue that was hidden under my roof tile that would have eventually caused major leakage. Fast and responsive... knew I had a tight timeline for resolution and exceeded expectations! They are professional and take care of the issue.
I was told initially the area to be investigated was about 3X3 square. It was a larger area to be examined and diagnosed and they simply took care of the issue.
I am out of town and not yet occupying the property, and had complete trust from the references I received to give them full run of the home, as needed!
Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, or to use them in the future!

A little background our home/roof is over 20 years old so of course after each rain we do a walk around looking for stains/markers of leaks.
Over the last couple of years I have had the need to use Roof Leak Patrol. Fortunately when looking over the area they would find the leak has been around a vented area. I never got the feeling they were trying to find more than what was needed to be repaired and gave me a reasonable quote and stayed with that quote even when it would be discovered more needed to be done than expected.
I have used them on 4 different projects and have not had a reason
