Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Company is slow to respond, will not provide timelines, or any information about when our home will actually be delivered. It's like sending money into a black home. We gave up hope of almost all customizations because of their lack of professionalism and understanding that they are building people's HOMES.

These folks are terrible at communicating. Called several times over a week ago hoping to get someone on the line for just a few moments to answer some questions. Called the main number- forwarded through a voice message to contact sales through the number provided- called that number and got another voicemail recording saying they’re out of the office until sometime later in May- okay fine so then I’m referred through the voice message to call the main number again and speak to Margo I think it was. Left a message and never heard back from anybody. I then read reviews about others having this

I read the earlier reviews about this company never responding to inquiries, but I was really hoping they had worked things out. Turns out they haven't. I've tried two emails and one phone call trying to set up a time to tour the warehouse in Portland and have received no communication. It's too bad, I liked their product, but they need to learn some basic business skills I guess. Have an appointment with Carriage House tiny homes in Marysville instead.

After years of research I finally felt ready to design my tiny home. I spent weeks contacting them by their website, left numerous messages and even emailed. I made other appointments in the area so I drove by and called from the parking lot. As I left town they returned my call. We scheduled another phone appointment. She was extremely salesy, did not listen to one word I said, collected all my info and promised to get back to me with an estimate by the next day. It’s been 4 months and I’ve heard nothing. Maybe they’re good at what they do but this has left me sour.

Had a fully custom house built by the Team at Tiny Innovations. They let me come to their shop and walk through other houses to get a feel for dimensions and looks of the other homes they were building, which was very helpful in making decisions on my home. We had some snags and delays in the build, but they were willing to be problem solvers and work to find an acceptable solution. Definitely worth stopping by their place if you are in the market for a Tiny House so you can meet them and also check out the multiple builds they have ongoing.

Jeremy and team built a great tiny house for us! Love the quality of construction and finishes. The whole team was professional and consulted us the whole way thru, educating us about tiny homes in general as well as our various options that would fit our needs. Even when hiccups arose, Jeremy did everything he could to remedy them ASAP. Happy camper!

Took a tour of this place. Their prices are VERY high for the industry standard, it's because of the craftsmanship and that they produce "luxury" tiny homes. Never saw a completed house so I can't really speak for the craftsmanship but what I did see wasn't extraordinary, it's what you would expect from a tiny home professional. It seemed everything was an additional cost...you want stairs with your 2nd story loft? That will be extra! So even though they are "luxury", that comes with a high price. I expect luxury products to be more expensive but I also expect

I contacted Tiny Heirloom via their website nearly two months ago inquiring about having a house built. It was a serious inquiry with the financial leg work already sorted out, so less of a hassle and "tire kicking" going on. I never heard back from them after my initial inquiry, so I submitted a second inquiry via their website. When I realized that didn't work either, I reached out via Facebook of all places. I can't believe they fit all of our must-haves in to our design and floor plan! We can't wait to see it in person. We are getting a custom built and designed 30ft Tiny House. I felt Tiny Heirloom did the right amount of hand-holding with us and also giving us the freedom to go our own way in the design. This is the first time we've had to make design decisions for every detail from backsplash to flooring to fixtures galore. I spent $117,000 on a beautiful tiny house, starred in a reality TV show about the construction of it, and my sweet and trusting family of 5 have not spent one night in the house. It's coming up on a year.
To make it worse, after our delivery of the tiny home, it broke down (cannot be moved) and they haven't repaired it. They also sent us a bill for $23,000 of stuff we never agreed to in any way. Even if the tiny house could be moved, it's too heavy for the truck we special ordered (Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel Dually) and it came in about 3 tons overweight at a whopping 19,000lbs.
