Ken was able to adapt to the back of my house, that was out of square, and create a beautiful deck. I plan on using him in the future to replace my upstairs deck. I highly recommend Ken to anyone that wants a beautiful quality built deck. It was a pleasure having him do his magic.

Ken was incredible!! I am a extremely particular and a perfectionist type of person… Ken excelled in every category. Framing of the deck was precise and level… Ken actually had me hold the string line just to make sure it was. All his cuts and seams are spot on. All screw holes are measured out for spacing and predrilled. Craftsmanship is everything to me, being on time, being there when you say you are going to be there, and completing the job as we discussed… is also important. Ken gets an A+ in every area I just stated. Highly recommend Ken to build any person a deck that is looking for

Ken did an absolutely great job building a landing and stairs from our patio slider-door down to the patio! The steps are TREX with beautiful metal hand railing. Ken did quality work for a fair price, was great at communicating, flexible to fit our schedule and on time. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and only the beautiful stairs were left behind. It looks great!
Ken also did a great job on a small project indoor.
I'm a very happy and satisfied costumer, I recommend Ken Rector for projects big and small!

The new Hogsett decks are amazing. Ken is patient with exacting engineer clients (us!). He was able to accommodate our needs and stay within budget. He is one of the most responsive contractors we’ve ever worked with. And not to mention he keeps a very clean job site.

From start to finish, we have never had a contractor be so attentive, thorough and focused. Ken completed a huge patio cover and raised deck to transform our backyard.
