I contacted Chris when I found an unnoticed roof leak in one of my bedrooms that finally showed up on the walls. He responded to my call immediately and used his moisture detector to see how severe the damage was. Within 24 hours Chris was helping me, standing by while I contacted my insurance company to explain the damage. We discovered a mold issue when contractors removed a cabinet in our bath room. They suggested we contact Restoration 1 of Orlando.
Chris Brand from Restoration 1 responded promptly.
He assessed the problem and found the mold behind the cabinet to also be in the walls of the walk in ceramic tile shower.
Chris was personally involved with the project from start to finish.
He sealed the area, removed wall board and tile, set up equipment to remove moisture, mold, etc.
He then arranged for contractors to restore the area.

I was walking through the hallway and saw the base boards separating from the walls. I then noticed wet carpet in the furthest bedroom down the hall. Upon further inspection I found water in the A/C unit closet. You guessed it, the condensation/water line was clogged. We believe the line was backed up for no longer than two weeks. After getting the situation resolved, I called Restoration 1 of Orlando (on Saturday). Dennis and Rich were at the house that day to survey the damage, make a plan, and provide an estimate.
