Really nice place with nice employees. I’ve ordered online and picked up in store twice with no issue except for waiting more than 10 minutes because not enough people were easily able to stop what they were doing to come help load my order, which is okay with me. I had no problem waiting. The exterior signs are a bit confusing because the online pickup sign isn’t posted outside so I had parked under the contractor pick up sign by accident. You pick up online orders at the customer service desk. The signs for that are posted inside the store, I learned that my time in and thought I’d share

Went to Home Depot #3903 today to buy paint. There were six or seven customers waiting. The gentleman working the paint desk (named David) was extremely busy handling those waiting. He saw me approach and immediately called for more assistance. He was able to keep things under control control dispute the crowd and none of the others customers were visibly upset. Back up employee McKenzie arrived and they cleared everyone out amazing quick. Both had excellent people skills. David mixed my paint and checked with me to see if I was pleased which I was. He was so helpful. I know very little about paint

I ordered a stair climbing cart, (it has six back wheels) and asked that it be delivered to the 41st street store. Got only an order confirmation, no email, no delivery date. I called, no one had seen it. Then, last week, car was in the shop and I got a call from the 71ST STREET STORE saying that I had better come get the cart I ordered because it was due to be sent back and my money refunded. No emails. No calls. Inexcusable. FINALLY got my cart today. 😡

I had come to this store to buy a Halloween item that I had to return to another clear across town because the cashier at the first store said they were out of stock in the there were 3 of those same items there. So I get a refund via store credit and head to the other store. No luck they sold out too. No biggie, I needed to buy a new tape measure and another item and tried to use my store credit card. I go to self check out and the attendant says I need to go to customer service because of some reason with the machine. Still no biggie, and it's getting to be closing time and customer service took

This store had no metal studs in stock nor did they have a spot for any. They sent me to the 41st and Sheridan location which did not stock the 6 inch metal studs I needed. The store was otherwise well stocked and the employees were all professional and willing to help. I was asked numerous times if I needed help finding anything. Far better than the other major competitor.
