Got locked out of my work vehicle first thing in the morning, not the way you want to start the day.. I called Wisberg and Daughter to see if they could help me out. They had a tech call me and was at my vehicle within a half hour. Pretty quick if you ask me. The tech was very knowledgeable with my specific vehicle I had and had it open in no time. Definitely would give this company a call if you're in a pinch!

After leaving messages for 2 locksmiths that never returned my call, it was nice to encounter one with someone who answers the phone during business hours. They were able to give me an appointment on a date that worked for my schedule. Isaac called before the appointment to let me know his ETA. He arrived on time and was able to change the lock and rekey with no problems. These guys are dependable and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them with confidence.

I called to get my front door locks changed and they said someone would be able to come out 10am the very next day, which was fine since it wasn’t urgent. Isaac arrived at 9:45am and was very courteous. He answered all of my questions, was professional, and very detail-oriented. If I could give 10 stars - I would. The service was one of the best I experienced in a long time. I called and the ohone was answered immediately. I received a call first thing in the morning to confirm my appointment, =. The tech, Issac called to say he was on the way and would arrive before the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and made very good suggestions. He was fast and after he left I received a call from Wisberg and Daughter to make sure I was happy with the job. amazing! These guys are great. I called to have the locks changed in my new home and they came out within 3 hours to do the update. They even came back after the job was done, to do a lock that I forgot in the home. When I realized I had no cash for tip and offered to tip the gentleman an additional 40 dollars on my card because of the inconvenience he told me it was too much and negotiated me to 25! Unbelievable. Will call again for all my lock needs.

I am more than impressed with the service! My door lock broke this morning such than I wasn’t able to open the back door. The technician called me and had me share pictures of the lock while I was on the phone. Then he was at my house with the right part within 30 mins. Not only did he fix the lock but he also addressed the root cause of the problem which was improper alignment. I’ve had an issue with this door for two years and no pro was able to fix until now. Pricing was reasonable as well. This is one phone number I am definitely saving in my address book. Thank you!
