After reading great reviews, we chose and trusted bishop Air services.
My establishment requested for a new ice machine to be installed. We had arranged a day for them to inspect and quote but they never showed up. Okay! I understand, things happen and we get busy! At least lets us know you won't make it. The next day we called and arranged at
4 pm but they came at 2 pm. The Ice machine has not been delivered yet…. They left immediately and came back at 4 pm.
The ice machine is working properly and we paid the $542.Wait! But they sent an additional invoice for the day they came at the wrong

My a/c was running nonstop but the air coming out of the vents wasn't cold. Initially I figured it was caused by the 117° heat wave we were experiencing. A couple days later the problem got worse, so I called my home warranty company and they connected me to some random repair company. I was told they couldn't come out to my home for five days. I made the appt. but wondered if I could survive for five days. It was 106° outside and 95°+ in my house. I started calling a/c companies figuring I would forgo my warranty company and just pay out of pocket. Company after company said no appointments

My air conditioner went out when it's over 100 degrees outside. I called Bishop Air Service based on a friend's recommendation. Josh and Matt did a thorough check and explained what needed to be fixed and gave me some options. Josh showed me the damaged parts and then showed me the new parts before he installed them. I really appreciate technicians coming out on short notice, having all the supplies they needed, and getting my AC fixed within two hours of arriving. I look forward to calling them for routine maintenance in the future!

I believe you can tell A LOT about a business by the way they conduct themselves while driving a company vehicle, wether on business hours or off the clock. I have to say this company vehicle #23 to be more exact represents your company on the roads very very poorly. Driving the 95 to Henderson this morning this van drove for a good 10 minutes right up my bumper and as soon as we hit slow traffic changed lanes and cut in front of me at still a very high rate of speed. Then proceeded to do the same to the vehicle in front until cutting through traffic and speeding away. At least at 85 mph. Business

I love this company so much, years ago I could have them do the work & have my homeowners reimburse me, the policy has changed & they will not do it anymore. I was forced to use another company (Dr.Cool) and after 10 days of no AC in August the Dr's "fix" broke the next day, now another 4 days later they are here for round two only this time they wanted to go up thru the second story of my home to the attic when I have ground units. Since they have already been sketchy I called Bishop to ask if what they were doing was legitimate. All these years the nice folks at Bishop

This company charged us $265 for a part that literally costs $20. And it only took the tech 15 min to change out the part. He inflated the price while he sat in his van and handed us an invoice with a scribbled number which had been changed from the initial price. They are a dishonest company.
I have used another highly reputable HVAC company in the past, LinAir, and they only charged us $85 for the same part and labor. The only reason I didn't use LinAir this time was due to a friend who recommended Bishop. I thought I would give them a try, BUT NEVER

Super professional, on time and they deliver fantastic service. Troy is intelligent and friendly. We called when the A/C went out. They answered the phone, were courteous and helpful and came out within hours as promised. Spent the time necessary to do the job right, and explained the work to us as he progressed. Who does that? Probably the best vendor we have ever hired to do anything at our home. Could not be happier.

Bishop Air Service has someone that answers the phone! (Two other places I called had me leave messages. I'm still waiting for a call back from one of them!) They scheduled us for first thing in the AM. The repair person (Jesse) was knowledgeable, explained the issues, and was professional, but friendly. Highly recommend!

The service technician, Randy, arrived right within the scheduled window of 2:00 to 4:00 pm on 11/04/2013.
During the time that he was here Randy proved to be a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly person to talk to, not just about the HVAC issues at hand.
The general impression that Randy made during the service call was that Bishop Air Service is primarily interested in properly maintaining and/or repairing the HVAC equipment that you presently own, if possible. He himself owns an HVAC unit that is still functioning after 30 years of use!

I had a problem with my solar water heater so I called around to different companies. A couple of the companies said there was a leakage problem & I just needed to replace it, no other options. They gave me this information over the phone without even looking at my unit. I called Bishop Air who sent someone out immediately and corrected my problem which happened to be just two valves. I had another issue and Bishop came back out & told me all of my options and worked with me to get my unit corrected without the expense of buying a brand-new unit.

I was out of town along with my tenants when their housesitter called and said the A/C was constantly running. I called and spoke to Bailey who dispatched Zach out the same day. Problem solved!
