We can make your countertop look like new again. Solid Surface, Marble, Granite, Quartz Surfaces (Engineered Stone) or Recycled Glass. We remove scratches and stains and repolish your surfaces using our dustless Watermist process. Our entire experience with SurfaceLink could not have been better!

From our Service Rep, Chris who we first spoke with on the phone to our Tech, Steve who came to our home to install our new sink, everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We are the Factory Authorized surface repair company for LG, DuPont, Formica, US Surfaces, Hanwha, Wilsonart, Samsung, IceStone and others.
Services
From first contact to final restoration, each SurfaceLink team member knows your complete satisfaction is a shared responsibility-and the overall experience is everything. SurfaceLink was started by John Vatis in 1995. John co-owned a countertop fabrication company in Virginia and realized that with the new countertop materials being introduced, and countertop replacement becoming a large expense, there was a need for dedicated countertop repair.
Call us or email us. We have several estimators ready to take a little information and provide you with an estimate, during the same phone call in most cases! Or we will email you an estimate. In any case, we know you don't want to wait, because we are like you - we wouldn't want to wait either! On the day of the appointment, the technician will call you ahead of arrival.
We sand and polish or hone your countertop, removing all the scratches and surface damage, to like brand new. We enlarge or modify the cutout to allow installation of a new cooktop, slide in range or freestanding range. We also make new cutouts to allow installation of an appliance where there never was one before.

Save your money, watch a video and do it yourself. I wasted 1,000. they were supposed to repair a chip, fix some pitted areas, buff and seal. They didn't fix either issue however they did buff and seal. The sealer they used I can buy for 10.00 Or less. I bought a repair kit and fixed the issue that they couldn't fix. I wasted $1,000 on these clowns. I would give them a minus 10 if I could.

They did not correctly install their (crappy) resurfacing product correctly in our hall bathroom shower and it caused a leak through the tiles into our lower floor family room. Had to totally gut the shower, etc. The crappy product angle, besides the lousy install mentioned above, has worn out in a ring around one lavatory sink, even though we followed their care and cleaning instructions exactly.

DO NOT recommend them or their products.

I would give them a minus 5 if I could.

I contacted SurfaceLink to re-cut an installed granite counter top in Annandale, VA so that we could upgrade our existing drop-in cook-top to a slide-in. SurfaceLink connected us with Robert, who was very helpful and flexible with scheduling the job. This was particularly helpful since our range-top ended up being on back order and took two months to show up.

Rob did a fine job. He protected our cabinets with plastic and minimized dust by vacuuming as he cut. His first cut was slightly too conservative for the width of the appliance, but I really appreciate that he stayed and worked for at

Stay away (unless you don't mind the worst customer service possible). These guys flaked on our appointment. After waiting around for them for hours, we were finally contacted and told that their tech was too busy to make it, and that WE should call THEM to schedule another appointment. When we did speak with them, they were completely unapologetic. After trying to explain to them how wrong it was for them to simply not show up for a scheduled appointment, they reluctantly offered an insulting $25 off for the inconvenience they caused. Missed half a day of work for nothing--do they really

It took a month of responses that just seemed that the company was kicking the can down the road but they did resolve my issues in a generous way so that's appreciated.

I have to say that my experience with Surface Link was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone as a result. I contacted them b/c I had a cracked Corian sink that needed to be replaced. Thankfully, they had the same sink in stock despite it likely being over 10yrs old as I was reluctant to install a top mounted sink. I dealt with Kristin, the lead estimator, who I found to be helpful and informative. I received an estimate, agreed to proceed and paid the deposit. I will say that after paying the deposit, it did take longer than I expected to be able to schedule to actual replacement but

After several discussion with the Surface Link Estimating Team representative we decided it was best to have a technician come to my house to see the proposed project. Thought this was a good idea and even agreed to the $180.00 fee that they charged for the technician to come out. Once the $180.00 charge was processed through AMEX communication grinded to a halt. Made several calls and wrote several emails but still no calls from the scheduling dept. It has been 2 weeks since they "took" my $180.00 and I am now requesting a full refund as I do not have any confidence to proceed with

I called suface link to ask about a product that Dupont makes, and that suface link installs, and so I couldn't get any information, and suface link customers service were very rude, by hanging the phone up on me, and I think that was very dispassionate, by suface link.

I was amazed at the way my Corian countertop looked when the man from Surface Link fixed the gaping crack. He did an awesome job, and it was way superior to the repair I previously had done by someone else. Now I don't have to worry about having to replace my countertops. Everyone I dealt with at Surface-Link was very nice and professional. I was so impressed with them. The technician even gave me a good bid on getting a new sink installed, and I will be hiring them again.

Thumbs down! You are wasting your money. They subcontract out their work to local vendors and the subcontractors are not professional. Work is inferior. You can do it yourself and save your money. Management is not friendly.

My experience with surface link was not a pleasant one. The salesperson kristin was rude and condescending and I was really offended after I got over feeling stupid. I have no idea if their work is good or not.
