Worst experience ever, this company installed a blue quartz counter top in our home after we were shown and selected a "black soap stone" sample at Cabinets To Go. Installers were 3+ hours late and no one called to advise us, we were told 1 to 3 pm for installation, they arrived 6pm. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

BEWARE!!! Pricing is not transparent. They will ask for 50% deposit based on rough measurements, then the cost was 4x the estimate when we were told everything was included. When I couldn’t afford double the original quote, they argued with me, berated me and wouldn’t return my deposit. The measurements were not significantly off, we had some wiggle room, just not double. Finally they returned part of the deposit and kept $175 for a measurement fee. It was $200 for sink cut out, but $575 to remove the old countertop and $375 for the plumbing. We have a very small dc kitchen. Would not recommend

This group is fantastic. Our friend recommended them based on her experience with countertop and sink replacement. Our experience was great from beginning to end. We made an appointment, they showed us all the marble slabs, we chose one, and it worked out great! They come measure, install at a later date, then do follow-up work if needed. Highly recommend for a great experience!

Absolutely terrible company. We ordered countertops through Lowe’s and they use this company. Granite and Marble Express had the worst customer service, we had a signed contract sent to them from Lowe’s after we paid and when they came to do install they claimed they weren’t removing our old countertops or installing our dishwasher. After calling them and Lowe’s several times we were correct that they were supposed to do all of that and it’s in our contract. They don’t pay attention to information and every time I call the customer service is terrible and they don’t try to help or

We changed the look of our fireplace from brick to granite. Precise measurements were done using laser technology. Julio did an outstanding job leveling the surfaces, making adjustments on site as needed and installing granite on the top of the brick (backsplash and heart). It makes a lot of difference.
Aysan was our designer and project estimator. She patiently worked with us though our lengthy decision making process. Her responsiveness is highly appreciated. She addressed all our questions and needs.

Ryan Wong was very helpful and understood the challenges of coordinating two bathroom renovations. We've come to the end of our kitchen update that started with our New Meera White granite countertops. We worked with Elham and could not be more pleased with the entire process. My spouse and I had a color scheme in mind as well as a budget. Elham was a gracious consultant with lots of positive energy. This was our first granite experience and it was amazing! Whatever questions we had, Elham was really quick to respond and thoroughly. She knows her products and made the experience really easy to navigate.
