For over 55 years folks have been depending on us to fulfill all their pool and spa needs. Our techs undergo constant training to stay current with new equipment and concepts. From weekly to two or three trips per week service, which includes brushing or vacuuming of walls and tile; emptying of strainers; routine maintenance of filter as needed; checking and adjusting chemicals; filling of automatic chlorinators.

We stress to our customers that they must read the label of every chemical and product they use. It is important to keep a proper balance of chemicals within your pool and/or spa to ensure swimmer safety.

Unfortunately I have not been satisfied with Herb’s Pool Service. While I find the office staff very professional and polite, I can not say the same for the service tech’s. I have a hot tub that we use maybe a couple of times a year. I pay for a weekly service which is required despite the lack of use. When my daughters finally want to use the hot tub, we open the cover to find the water about 6 inches below standard, rings and lots of dirt and film around the edges and the water temp at 70%. When I called and asked for them to send a supervisor to see the condition, he was extremely defensive

Paid Herbs Pool over $400 to check the pools equipment and get it ready for the summer. The man who came out to check all the equipment neglected to check if the pumps timer worked properly and left it running for days, causing damage to my pump. The owner of Herbs pool told me that when paying for an initial check of equipment and clean up of pool, my over $400 did not include checking to make sure the timer started and stopped properly. For everyone unaware of this as I was, thought I’d let you know.
