July 1, 2020. The AC was working but not well. It wasn't cold enough. My landlord utilized his home warranty plan, which sent out AAA Affordable AC. Myran (the owner) and Steve arrived within the scheduled window of time. They were professional, informative, and efficient. After testing and evaluating the AC system, it was decided that it needed Freon. Thanks guys: It feels better in the house already!!! Now, I'm ready for the BIG HEAT here in Lake Havasu. I left a message about loud noise from Ac unit before business hours. They Called back right away before 8am. scheduled appointment same day, showed up on time, two nice personable qualified repairman fixed blower and checked all vitals of AC quickly and they were very reasonably priced. Couldn't be more happy knowing we have a good working AC. They are now my go to company

A/C went out in the house Saturday night. Called them on a Sunday morning and left them a message. 2 hours later the office called me back with an appointment Monday morning. The service representative was very professional and clean. The technician diagnosed my problem in a 30 -year-old air-conditioning unit. I escaped without a big bill only having to replace the blower motor in the unit. Big thanks for the fast response and professional service!!!

AAA Affordable A/C has been a lifesaver. Our A/C went out and the Home Warranty company said that AAA was the designated vendor here in Lake Havasu. They came out in 110 degree weather to check the system and diagnose the issue. It was unfortunately a complete AC failure requiring AC replacement on the ground and the condenser unit in the Attic. Another hot job but they did it on time with no fuss and got us up and running days after the initial call. They know what they're doing and their technician Anthony was fantastic to work with. This company was assigned by my home warranty. I had tenants in my rental who could not get the A/C running one evening and made a claim. Home Warranty emailed me they would assign AAA Affordable A/C.
I called the company the next morning and was told by a cranky man all about his personal issues with his business, employees, etc. Not a great start! He rudely told me he had many others before me and would get to my tenants when ever he could.
