Great company with quality products and knowledgeable technicians. Fayette installed a 5 ton Rheem unit with a heat pump and attic mounted blower and coil. Great work and I am calling them to do another house for me now with the same system.

They put a new AC unit in our home 10-12 years ago.... we have not had any issues at all with it... except today... as soon as we realized warm air was coming out of the vents, I called Fayette. Literally from the time I called, until the technician arrived, was within 30-40 minutes!!! Richard was very professional, kind and has an amazing attitude. I could tell that he loves helping people. He had diagnosed and fixed the AC unit within an hour or so. Pricing was very reasonable. When/if we need a new AC or repair... Fayette will be called. Kudos to Richard!

Came to a remodel to extend two vents, cut ceiling in wrong places, cracked and broke ac drain pan, bathroom ceiling fell in, they said it was not their fault, charged me to repair and repair what the broke, took 3 weeks to fix in JULY 110 degrees every day, with no drywall in bathroom.
Mark is a WORM he knows who this is and will not refund all the money he was paid. I WOULD NEVER NEVER USE HIM EVER AGAIN...

Sooo if you are looking for professional, prompt, honest , look no further!!! I was recently on vacation in Lake Havasu with my family staying at a beautiful pool home. The only problem was that when we arrived at the Home it was 89 degrees in the house:/ the filter was filthy which led to Mark the owner of Fayette coming out within 15 minuets of being called. Him and his team tried everything to save the original unit but no luck, it was old and beyond saving. We arrived Saturday late afternoon and by Monday morning there was a brand new air unit working beautifully!! He had to call in his crane

Fayette air conditioning has great customer service! We called May 3 about our evap cooler for the garage leaking water down the roof to the patio when turned on. Talked to Danielle who told us we would receive a serviceman after a 7:30am appt the next day! Yay! Danielle called the next morning about 7:15 am & said a technician was available, his name, Anthony would be here in 15 minutes. He arrived on time when promised! Anthony was courteous, informative, honest and fixed our evap quickly! We are really pleased and will be recommending Fayette Air Conditioning to everyone! AND their GREAT

On FRIDAY April 22, 2016 I turned my A/C on and it was blowing hot air. I called Fayette Air Conditioning service in the morning and they dispatched a technician within 2 hours. Brian arrived and discovered that our wifi thermostat had defaulted to an improper code which caused the A/C unit to not function properly. He then inspected the entire A/C unit and verified that everything was in good condition. Brian was very polite, professional and definitely knowledgeable, but most importantly HONEST. So whenever I or my friends need A/C service it will be a quick call to Fayette.

Started trying to get an older unit repaired. Went to Fayette because we were recommended by a "friend" that they wouldn't just say to buy a whole new unit. Tech advised replacement and said to get a whole new unit but it was working on and off at the time. Of course, had to pay a minimum service charge anyway just to say get a new AC. Contacted both Sears and Home Depot to get a price on either a repair or maybe we could afford to replace the HVAC if the price was reasonable. Both wanted to send someone to try for the hard sell instead of giving me a price but finally got that
