Cannot say enough how much I appreciate James taking care of our carpets. We have been using his business for several years now and he is always on time, professional, thorough. We have 3 dogs and 4 kids, so our carpets take a beating. James never fails to make our house livable again, and his pricing is affordable and worth every dime.

The service was wonderful. James was courteous and really knows what he is doing. He was on time, and also knowledgable in how to get out various stains. We had the whole house done as well as our Couch cleaned. A 15 year old college couch looking 100x better than it was before. He was also able to get out stains from a leak that the contractor was supposed to get completed. Our contractor said they were not going to be able to lift the stains, but James was able to get them right out. high Traffic areas look brand new!

Most importantly, he did an excellent job cleaning the carpets - they came out cleaner than I could have hoped for.

I hired Carlson Carpet Cleaning based on the recommendation of a friend of mine who uses them regularly. Scheduling the appointment was easy. They have an online scheduling tool that showed all of their available appointments and I had my cleaning booked in under 2 minutes.

James just left my house and my carpets look like new! I thought that my carpets were beyond saving. Yesterday I even had my house quoted for new carpet. I called James from sticker shock at the new carpet price. I figured that I would "try" to clean my carpets. I have a $400 home steam cleaner and it wasn't even putting a dent in the spots. My carpets are 8 years old and we have a ton of preschoolers in the house every day along with two dogs. I chose Carlson Carpets because he uses natual products and has a flat fee. Very good experience. I scheduled my appointment on their website, got a confirmation, and then everything went as the online system said. The company emailed me the day before to confirm again, and called the day of to give me a 30-minute heads-up. The owner did my job himself and he was very professional. The only reason I say 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price seemed a little high, (not outrageous, just a bit more than I have paid to others in the past.) But with extremely clean carpets and sofa, I'm happy.
