I had a great experience with Casella Garage Doors. The owner personally came out at short notice and walked me thru my options and prices and did not push me to upgrade beyond my budget. It was affordable and came with many options which pleased me. Scheduling the installation time was a breeze as they accommodated my schedule easily. The team who was every bit as courteous polite and helpful as the owner. They arrived on time and delivered the product in a timely manner removing all evidence of the old door. It was a vast improvement over the old door and is so energy efficient by comparison

Such a great company, friendly staff and quality service and repairs. We had repairs done to existing doors and mechanism when we rented the property. We then used Casella again when we installed new garage doors once we purchased the house. There was a great range of garage doors to choose from and it was helpful to have assistance in choosing a good quality set of doors without spending a fortune. We also had Casella make alterations to the height of the mechanism to enable us to gain height for new vehicles. I wanted to use a local company to replace my garage doors. But, none of them could ever follow through on a visit for quotation. Figured I'd contact the Costco vendor knowing they had high standards, but at the last moment, the folks at Homeadvisor offered me their list of best rated regional installers to consider. At 39 weeks pregnant, one of our garage doors stopped working reliably. Naturally I panicked about the car getting trapped and called someone immediately. Jesus came out and he and the other man he worked with that day (sorry - name escapes me) fixed the problem and took several steps to ensure the door has a long life. They gave our other door a once over, helped me change the code for the electronic pad, and replaced the emergency lock that opens the door in case of power outage. I randomly called Casella. I couldn't have made a better choice. I was nervous because as a woman I feel that I would get ripped off. Gabriel came out the next morning and explained what the issues were and fixed them right away. The prices were very reasonable. Moreover he took the time out of his busy day after he finished the project to return and help me reprogram the codes. Jesus came the following day and installed two new openers, rebuilt my doors with new hinges and nylon rollers.

My garage door was in a bad way. Gabriel came over and explained to me the problems I was having. Basically, both my motor and my springs/pulleys were completely shot.
There was a lot of work to be done, but none of it came as a surprise because he prepared me. His work was excellent, he was very prompt, and he was a pleasure to work with. Before calling, I did my research and his prices were also by far the best around.

I met with Gabriel and my doors needed replacing. They had been damaged by the previous owners and in bad shape. Jesus, was the installer and he was PHENOMENAL!! Very professional and on time. He cleaned up after himself and tested the doors several times. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you need a garage contractor.
