If SERVPRO is not on your emergency contact list, they should be... An overnight water leak in our office lead to an early morning call. Judy had a team here super quick. The techs did an awesome job drying out our floors and walls. John was so helpful and professionally walked me through each step. They made what could have been a highly stressful situation, painless. I highly recommend this team!

From the moment I first picked up the phone SERVPRO was a huge help and relieved my worries right away! Judy was very nice and offered help and eased my fears. David came to my house and was a true DELIGHT!!! He had to do a moisture check in several places in my home. He found that there was water in my walls and under some laminate flooring! He explained the work that needed to be done and helped to develop a plan of action to mitigate my damages. He was punctual, extremely respectful and knowledgeable!

Servpro came to the rescue when water filled my garage from a flood on July 3. Mold grew fast in the heat. Professional and mannerly crew that cleared the damaged items quickly for disposal. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ServPro of N Lawrenceville! I had a recent leak in my kitchen and dining room. Mr. Barrie and his team of Ryan and Mr. B were quick to respond and come help. They resolved the leak and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and effectiveness of their work. ServPro of North Lawrenceville was nothing short of amazing when we called them to handle not only one but two water mitigation issues totaling almost 10,000 square feet, if not more. The staff there is very accessible, understanding and patient. John, Judy and Brandon made it very seamless. I had tons of questions during the process and they were able to answer all of them promptly and without hesitation or frustration. They informed me throughout each step of the process and made sure that we knew they were here for us at all times. It is always grueling to work with such large insurance claims

After returning from a 10 day trip, I found standing water in my great room. The odor of mildew was very strong. I did not realize SERVPRO was available 24 hours a day, so I called them first thing Monday morning. A team arrived within 40 minutes of my call. The gentlemen were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the necessary steps to take to remove the water and the mildew smell. Within the hour, two more SERVPRO team members arrived.
