We had flooding in our basement which got under the bamboo flooring. Called our insurance company and they recommended Restoration Relief to perform the clean up. We contacted them and they came our right away! They tore up the flooring, began setting up drying equipment and moved all of our belongings to ensure they wouldn't get affected by the water. They were prompt, courteous and professional! We were given a phone number to call in the event we had any further issues. We did run into an issue, with the dryers tripping. It was on a weekend. We called the number, explained what was happening
