I had Servpro come out to do an estimate for water damage. Tom came out and was very profesional. He helped me decide whether or not I needed to file an insurance claim. Luckily, with his advice, I didn't have to and my husband was able to dry out my bathroom over night! I will ABSOLUTELY call servpro next time I have a problem again.

I had a small kitchen fire with smoke damage. I contacted servpro for smoke remediation.
I got An estimate up front -no hidden costs or surprises on pricing. Clean up crew did a great job in my cluttered kitchen and entire first floor of my house . Not sure why others had a bad experience but I’d use them again if needed.

SERVPRO has been a life saver for us. Our home flooded due to a water main break, and their team dried up the water & cleaned out the mud, took care of the wall & floor demolition and removal, and organized a storage pod & put our possessions in while the work was being done. We were so overwhelmed by the flooding, and they did an amazing job taking care of us. I cannot say enough good things about the ServePro team that was sent out to mitigate my home. My granddaughter left the watering running and the overflow caused extensive damage upstairs as well as downstairs.
I contacted ServePro the morning of and they were here by lunch time. Jesse and his team (Frank & Alexa) were very professional and thorough.
Jesse explained the process and answered all of my questions/concerns. Great attention to detail and made sure everything was done correctly before signing off on the job.

DO NOT use these people!!! SERVPRO's in general have a good reputation BUT these guys are a franchise and they have not played ball fair!!!
I had a credit through Shumate for them to take care of my mold remediation and duct cleaning for a space that was moldy due to improper install of a new unit. Shumate (after 6 months of hounding) sent in SERVPRO to fix the mess.
They incurred a fee of $875 on a storage unit that was parked in my front yard in their name and then tried to pass that fee to me. They never told me about the cost of the unit. I never agreed to it, I didn't sign for it and I would

Servpro of Stone Mountain did an amazing job on my water loss and pack-out of my whole home. I felt secure in the fact that they knew what they were doing and would treat my contents like their own. I was a little confused however when I saw another van on site with Servpro of Gwinnett County on it and wondered why another Servpro was on site, but overall it didn't lessen the fact that Servpro did an amazing job while at my home. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
