Shower door was sagging due to age. The two technicians from Nashville Glass company did a great job and made an adjustment recommendation that worked out perfectly. Clean, neat, courteous and professional and happy to have hired. Great service and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. Nashville Glass installed a frameless shower door. The glass needed to be adjusted, and they came out while it was under warranty and fixed it. Their tech told me to just check the screws every few months. My first thought was "why should I do that when I just paid thousands of dollars to them for this door!"
Fast forward a few months, and the same thing happened. They now tell me it will cost $175.00 just to come look at the door since it is no longer under warranty. I explained to them that it was under warranty the first time and they need to correct

I contacted this company to have multiple wall length mirrors installed in my house. After the initial conversation I didn't hear from them for two weeks at which point they emailed me and asked if I was still interested in having the work done. I told them (Carol) that I was. They told me that they would have someone get with me. I waited another three weeks and didn't hear from anyone. I then reached out to them again and was told that they were really busy and it would be possibly even longer than the already month and a half I had waited before they could get to me. If they weren

Thank You Nashville Glass. I needed a replacement insulated glass window for my home. I tried contacting everyone I could but I was not able to find the manufacturer. Someone suggested contacting Nashville Glass. I provided all the window measurements and within a week I had my replacement window. Great work!

One star because:
1) the window was installed...eventually
2) there isn't a zero star option
I sold my house in May and the movers broke the transom window above the front door. Stuff happens. The moving company agreed to have the window repaired and chose this company to do the work. In order for closing on the sale of our house to move forward, I agreed to have money held in escrow until the window was repaired. Since I had money I was waiting to get back, I made sure to stay on top of the repair. This company was a nightmare to work with.
I would call for an update and was told the window
1) the window was installed...eventually

I travel to Nashville pretty often and I stopped in at Nashville Glass (recommended by a friend of mine) to request some custom glass pieces for table tops and dressers. I provided the design template to cut the glass after Frank had instructed me during a prior stop, on how to accurately capture the uneven surface edges on the dresser. A couple of the pieces required curved cuts (not straight edges) to match the dresser top design. Two other glass companies I had contacted prior to Nashville Glass didn't really want to deal with this small order and implied it would be very difficult to cut these

Made the order yesterday, and it was ready today. I said the glass should be 33 inches in diameter without bringing in the table. Ashley said they would make it 33 inches minus a 1/16th of an inch to fit. It fits perfectly. It actually fits closer than the original glass. Great service and Ashley was really nice. I would go back.

I purchased 3 pieces of glass to cover a dining room table, coffee table, and kitchen table. I made the mistake of not inspecting them before picking them up. Two of the three pieces were scratched. When Nashville Glass was going to load the glass in my car, they were going to put one piece of glass on top of the other. They only put some cardboard between them when I said something. I also noticed they stored the glass leaning with one sheet against another. When I talked with them later about it, they said they were sure the glass was fine when loaded although they had not checked it themselves

This company withdrew over 213.00 out of my account without permission or knowledge. ..... they refuse to correct matter. the bank is investigating their illegal withdrawal. their customer service is inadequate. .... also, their installation left gaping holes ....I had to hire someone to come in and caulk my window because you could see the inside of my house!!!! unacceptable.
