Cannot say enough good about this company. After being given the run around by the company who installed my windows, I contacted Doc's Glass. They sent someone out the very next day for a free consult. Both men were respectful and knowledgeable and wore masks. When the glass came in they installed it the day after I called. The receptionist is helpful and respectful as well. No fuss, no frustration with this company. Will use again should the need arise. Thanks, Doc's Glass!!

Awful experience with Doc's Glass. I was referred to them by a construction products representative. I sent a request for a call back on their website and never got a return call. I called this morning and explained that I needed four windows looked at. The person's immediate response was that the guy that needs to look at the windows is three weeks behind. I told them that was fine. He again said he was three weeks behind. He said it 3 times. I told him that was fine twice. On the third time I said it seems you don't want my business and he hung up. I will never call them again and will tell the

If you want a company that calls you back or bothers to schedule an estimate, look elsewhere. Three calls to this place, two promises to have someone contact me to schedule an estimate and not one return call. Yes its a small job but why on earth would you ever call them back on a larger one if they can't even bother to return a phone call.

Superb expertise, customer service, knowledgeable staff and installers and care of our home. We live 1.5 hours from Nashville. They came up twice; once to measure (spending 60 minutes measuring and remeasuring for a simple single shower door) and then to install. They delivered the door on time, showed up for the appointments on time and always called to confirm the day before as well as enroute. Their estimate was right in the ballpark with the best prices I could find, but their product and service are tops. They even repaired a bad seal on a different shower door we have in another bathroom

Tremendous service and product, from first very polite phone call, to extremely professional visit for 100s of measurements to completely perfect installation. All that at a price that beat our local glass company by $$s. They were on time for measurements and delivery. The employees we talked to had all been with the company for over 15 years; a good sign. We have had our shower door now for 30+ days and are completely satisfied. I recommend Doc's Glass to everyone. I will use them for my next commercial project as well.
