Services
The Association serves as the Voice of the Building Industry to provide Affordable, Quality Housing and Home Ownership by supporting our Members and the Community. The Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley was founded in 1946 as a not-for-profit organization. Our members are involved in a variety of ways in the home building industry as builders, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and more.
Every year, the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley collects monetary donations to purchase tools for the students in our partner Building Trades Programs at Penn, Mishawaka, and South Bend High Schools. Contact the HBA Office if you can lend a hand to help us coordinate, purchase, sort and deliver these bags of tools!
Your local association is dedicated to promoting, protecting, strengthening and informing our local home building markets. Our members are builders, remodelers, and individuals in associated fields who collaborate and achieve more together than they ever could alone. As a member, the benefits are tangible.
From committees, to sponsorships, to print and co-op advertising opportunities, there are a variety of different ways to get involved with the HBA! Promote your business to other members, advertise your membership and brand to the general public, and support our Association through sponsorships and cooperative marketing!
The IBA Member Rebate Program rewards members for their loyalty in installing qualifying products in their builds. If you are installing (or directing subcontractors to install) the products in the program, you could be saving hundreds or even thousands of dollars per year! Learn about this program to see if any of the products you sell are included in this program.
