From the first phone call speaking with Todd to dealing with Brandon and his crew when they showed up at our house, the guys at SWAT displayed the highest level of professionalism and reliability. They showed up on time, explained the entire process, cleaned everything behind them, checked their work and made sure everything was done right the first time. After being upsold and overcharged by Another Repair Service in the past, I contacted SWAT when our AC stopped cooling. Based on my description of the symptoms, Todd was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and his assessment was confirmed during the on-site inspection. I was charged significantly less than by that other repair and upsell service for similar issues in the past, and no attempts were made by SWAT to pressure me to buy anything that wasn't needed for the repair at hand.

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their air conditioner repaired. I’ve had 3 different companies come out to check out my AC because it was sweating and getting the insulation in my attic wet and none of them were able to fix my AC. I am so happy that I called SWAT, the technician that came out actually listened to my concerns. Before he repaired anything he let me know how much it would be. He explained we were low on refrigerant and that meant we have a leak. He explained that he could add some leak stop/leak detector and that it may or may not fix our leak but with the leak

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Walking pneumonia and almost $30,000 in repair costs:
A few years ago we had swat install a new ac unit for our downstairs. Come to find out they did not seal the tubing in the attic and did not level the actual unit which in turn caused hot attic air to mix with cold ac air causing condensation throughout vents and unit. This caused massive mold growth throughout the downstairs vents and unit plenum. I had been diagnosed with walking pneumonia for 2 month before we figured it out by doing air quality tests.
Overall cost to repair spring woodlands air techs "handy work

Buyer Beware!
These guys were called to address low cooling on the upstairs AC unit. Brandon and another gentleman came over and after not being able to troubleshoot the issue effectively, ended up opening the working downstairs AC unit and changing the capacitor on that which was working just fine. I repeat, THEY REPLACED A WORKING COMPONENT ON AN AC THAT DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUE. Not convinced at the solution, I opted for their 99 dollar diagnostic check on both AC's. The report failed to let me know that upstairs AC was not working right even though I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A COMPREHENSIVE

I called on a Friday when my A/C wasn't cooling. I was told that someone would be here by 2:00. 2 techs arrived after 3:00. My husband told them right away that the drain line was stopped up. They said that they would take care of it. After going into the attic, we were told that the run capacitor was out and needed to be replaced. We told them to do it. We were told that they tried to blow out the stopped drain line but there was a little resistance, but it should be fine. They did nothing else and left. They were here less than 20 minutes. After they left we noticed that the drain line

I had Todd Polonski come to my home because I could never get the temperature in my master bedroom stabilized. It was too cold in the winter and to hot in the summer. One trip to my house and the SWAT team fixe my system to provide cooling and heating that is consistent throughout my home and I could not believe the price. I highly recommend this company and Todd, you are the best!
