Can't say enough good things about The A/C Guy. Bought a large a/c system for my home from them years ago. And it's been running great until recently during the hot summer. They came over the same day (on a Monday) and performed maintenance and fixed the issues. Kudos to their office manger Tina and to Wes for all that they do. Great job!

Adam and Ken are the real deal! They arrived on time, gave a fair and honest quote, assured me that I didn’t need as much work done as others told me I needed, and did an excellent install of 2 AC and furnace units. Once complete, they explained in detail the work they did as well as stayed late to finish install in one day due to cold temps tonight. And to top it off they left our place cleaner than when they arrived. I’m very proud to call this company my AC/Furnace guys! Adam even provided his cell for me to call or text any time I need anything! These guys deserve a raise! it’s guys like

Second Recommendation: I cannot stress enough how absolutely wonderful the A/C Guy team is. I have multiple rental properties and they have always taken care of us.
Today, I called to have a rental property AC unit inspected which was not blowing cold air. My renters had called another company and they claimed we needed a complete new upstairs AC system for over $ 10,000. I called the AC Guy, they came out the same day and found a defective switch. System was back up and running the same day for less than 300....

Adam and Ken came right away to look @my moms AC. Both were absolutely delightful to deal with. Adam is experienced, knowledgeable and honest! SO impressed with this place. Also, the ladies in the office are sweethearts. Tina is a doll! It's not often you find this level service at a fair price. We choose The AC Guy to install a new system and are still completely satisfied 4 years later. They offered the best warranty around with a great price. They also included the addition of several return air vents and better supply air vents to improve airflow through out the house which made a huge difference in comfort. They were very careful during the installation and very thorough when explaining how the new system worked.

These technicians were the best! We thought the job was to be a small one but it turned out to be bigger and longer than expected. The A/C Guy was recommended to me by a friend because we both have three story homes that have AC zoning. I wanted someone who specialized in AC zoning and Wesley did not disappoint. I wanted to watch him, so I could learn a little bit about what was going on with my AC. He let me watch and ask questions. What I appreciated most was he explained things in terms I could understand, he drew diagrams, and even sound effects. The A/C guy has been part of the family for years now and has repaired and even replaced an entire system, A/C and Heat outside unit and attic unit as well as various repairs for family members homes too.
It has been a long time coming for this review, apparently my original review was removed or discarded as I discovered when coming back to update it on Google.
I can't be the only one with positive feedback on this company but apparently one of only a few that took the time, ''Finally'' to express my positive opinion of this outfit.

I am very happy with the services provided by the A/C Guy. I had them, and several other companies, come out to estimate replacement of my HVAC system. They were hands down the friendliest and most helpful about answering questions during the quote process. They always showed up on time and their crew of guys were all very friendly and professional. They were very quick and clean during the install and it went smoothly. I called them when my A/C motor died. They came out to take a look and charged $90 for diagnostic. They said they would call the next day to give me a quote for the repair.
They called and wanted $500 to replace the motor and $1000 to replace some disconnects. That's outrageous.
I called another repair guy. He came and replaced the motor for $350. My A/C is working fine since.
Be careful with this company, very dishonest people.

This is the second time I've had them out to check my heater before starting it every winter. Each time they were prompt and courteous. I have an older heater, I they could have easily told me that it needed work done. They didn't, when it does need work or when the AC needs replacing they will be the first one I call.

Not only did Wes and his co-workers fix our A/C system correctly, they refused to accept payment until our system worked for an entire week. We ended up spending less to have The A/C Guy fix our system right than we spent on all the other companies for

Wow, after having an inefficient HVAC for many years, the ac guy and crew came out and worked hard for over 6 hours in tough conditions. My new system has made a huge difference in my comfort and electricity bill! Service was top notch!! I highly recommend this company and their crew!!
