My honest advice to anyone looking for a cleaning company is to keep looking. They spent more time taking crafty photos trying to make it look like they cleaned than actually cleaning anything. I left a few bits of dirt around the house to see if they cleaned. For example in the the kitchen before they came i pured some juice, I spilled a little and naturally I would wipe it up before moving on but I knew they were coming so I left it on the kitchen counter. After 1 hpur of "cleaning" the kitchen (by cleaning i mean talking and taking photos) the juice was there the kitchen counter

I wanted to like this company. I liked the flexibility in scheduling as my work schedule can change and the first cleaning I received was the best I've ever had from a cleaning company. However, they started scheduling my cleaner to where she was unable to make it inside the appointment window. (They give a two hour block) When switching cleaners to someone who could come within the two hour arrival window I got two younger women in their 20s. It seemed like one was working and the other was a friend helping as she'd be on her phone a lot. But they did a nice job and stayed a little over

I would recommend finding another company to clean your house.
They do not do a thorough job, and I gave them a couple of tries.
They do not listen when you fire them and still send someone out two weeks later; THEN they still charge your credit card even though they did. I cleaning.
In the latest instance they charged $20 more than what we originally agreed to.
I have called my credit card company and lodged a fraud complaint.
You have been warned......

I had My Cleaning Angel come clean my 1100 sq ft apartment for the first time on a monthly schedule and then charged me $260, $100 over the original quote stating that it was only because I was a new client for the first time clean. I agreed, however asked if moving forward, I would only be charged $160 ($133 plus $27 tip)..Max said correct! Second time Isabel and Max cleaned my apartment, after he started hustling my Mom asking her how much was the original quote. My house is not particularly messy or dirty. However, running my own business leaves the floors and dusting a bit lacking. We have a 4 bedroom investment house, 3 bedrooms are never used and neither are 2 of the bathrooms. After 2 people (that's fine) came to clean I let them know that they didn't have to clean those 3 bedrooms and only to do cursory cleaning in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. I booked this company to do a move in clean on a house I just bought. They quoted me 345 dollars for a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. I told them it was 2550 square feet and that I wanted the oven, cabinets, and fridge done as well. Final quote 345 dollars expected time 9 hours and 45 mins. 1 guy and 2 ladies showed up and asked to do a walk around. I happily gave them a tour. After I showed them around the guy says it will be 720 dollars for the whole house. I was upset to put it mildly. I drove 2 hours to meet them to get this done. I told him no way Im paying that much to clean my house.

I have been a monthly customer of My Cleaning Angel for more than two years. Luis and his team are top notch. They communicate well, do a great job and are always so friendly. I also feel they often go above and beyond. This week we had a last-minute schedule change for a realtor to come view our home. My Cleaning Angel came to my apartment for a second cleaning. When I returned home I discovered cash missing from the master bedroom. After informing the company of the issue their response was that the team they sent had been with the company awhile and they wanted proof from me in order to "investigate". I asked what proof would be sufficient since it was cash. I also asked for the names of the individuals that were in my home so that I could file a police report and go through my own insurance. I've yet to receive a response. Let the buyer beware, unless you plan to follow these

I used this company for nearly a year. On the upside, they seem to have very little turn over with their staff. The crew sometimes differed but largely remained the same which helped in not having to re-explain expectations too often. They were thorough in cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, which was the most important to me. They were also reasonably consistent with their arrival time.
Now to the issues that ultimately led to me firing them.

They did a good job cleaning but quoted $180 on the phone, $370 in person, ok fine it was dirty, but then they called a third person , didn't warn that it would cost more , then the final bill was $600 before tip. im not crazy about that. they cleaned fine, i would have them back with the sharp time limit.

We hired My Cleaning Angel to do a deep clean on a 95 year old home we had just purchased. The home had been renovated, but sat empty for a while before and during renovations before being sold to us. There was a lot of dust and dead bug debris and Luis and his team came in and worked for 8hrs straight cleaning our new home from top to bottom, making us feel comfortable with moving right in after they were finished. Very hard working ladies. Martha and Isabel did an excellent job and all the details it's amazing.
They arrived on time I also received and email prior to remind me the cleaning so I could turn on the self cleaning on the oven.
Bathrooms were cleaned and like companies everything was dry and spotless. They also provided all the supplies for free.
