Willy G, my technician was so amazing. He was right on time and while I was taking in my groceries he actually helped me carry them in. He was informative, extremely professional and friendly. He helped me get my two existing cameras back online after getting a new modem from Spectrum. He installed my new Ring doorbell and showed me how to charge, making sure I showed him I knew how to do it. I wish all technicians were as wonderful as he was. I would recommend Smart Tech to any and all. Five stars isn't enough.

Smart Tech security upgraded my 15 year old system at a reasonable price. Their technician JP is ontime, professional, knowledgable and efficient. I had a small problem with a wired sensor and they came back out promptly and installed a wireless sensor. I'm very happy with the service they provided.

After comparing many home security businesses, we opted for ADT. We met with John, ADT rep. He went over all the services, looked at our home and together with us we choose what service equipment we needed. No pressure sales just reality sales.
Steve and JP (ADT installers) came in to do the install. Above their friendliness and professionalism, their patience with us was awesome. I would highly recommend John Fahrenthold and the Team at Smart Tech Security Solutions. Not only was the team professional, knowledgeable and helpful, they took the time to walk us through all of our options and were very responsive when we had questions, even after our install. John came out to meet me to explain all the latest equipment and services offered. He was on time, polite, and professional. He gave a clear and concise presentation on all the products and features and set me up with the package that best fit my needs. This house will be a vacation rental so I haven't got to practice how everything works yet but the instructions seem straight forward and the installer (Steve I think) was also very helpful and explaining to me how to operate.

Tom did a great job putting together a custom security package with alarm and surveillance cameras for our new home in Palm Springs. Installers willie, Abel, JP and Marcus were very professional and the process was incredibly easy. We met with 4 security companies in the valley and smart tech was by far the most professional and had the greatest ability to customize the offering to support our requirements. Already used the cameras to share with police two weirdos walking on our property at 6:30 one morning. Will def call smart tech when I want to add additional cameras or for our next project

We worked with John to have our whole house set up with a new ADT system (having had ADT for years in another state). He took his time and walked us through all the options finding us the best price possible. We we very happy with the signup process and the installation. They were quick to address any issues and really appreciated their creativity in finding a way to meet our needs. Just bought a new house and switched security company to smart tech based on the reviews. I upgraded the pre-existing security system and added security cameras around the house. everyone was very helpful and responsive up until the initial setup. They setup the cameras but the time was running on eastern standard time, they couldn't fix it the first time. I also bought a Ring door bell which they couldn't setup and said it was defective and they didn't have another one. They said they will come back to address both issues. They never did. I had to call in and argue about it for

After over 1 year of having issues w/ our system, I would NOT recommend this place. Our alarm is set off all the time due to bad sensors. The ADT technician that comes out routinely to REPAIR our problems said
" Call ADT directly & have a salesman make a contract for PROPER installation to AVOID the constant annoying false alarms going off." That is exactly what I intend to do.

Jesus Ramos is exceptional. I wish I had contracted with him. I used the corporate office to set up my account due to I mail flyer I received. It was extremely disappointing.
Jesus came by my house a few days after and left his card and said if I every had any problems he would be happy to help even though his team did not install my alarm system. I did have some issues, called him and today he came by, installed the additional alarm and walked me through the system again.

We definitely had a great experience with this company. My sales rep Tom Grove was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and never did we feel pressured about signing up for the security system. We are very happy with the choice we made and most of all Blessed knowing our home & family will be protected. Our installer Steve was also very professional and courteous.
