This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above.

I can’t say enough great things about Thomas! He went the extra step and repaired many issues with my drywall in my kitchen and dining room. He repaired my bathroom ceiling and it is all flawless. He painted my home office, kitchen, dining room and laundry room - all turned out beautiful. Thomas is neat and caring not to drip paint and also cleaned up when the job is done. Thomas painted our house which included multiple bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, living room plus dining room and kitchen. The work effort and schedule aligned with his estimates, he purchased the paint in the exact amount that was needed. He showed up when he was supposed to and constantly communicated any adjustments. Thomas was wonderful! We had 2 rooms we needed painted. Scheduling with him was easy and direct. Both days he came to paint, he was prompt, kept the work area clean, he was patient with our toddlers as we interrupted his space, and most importantly did a great job painting. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We used Thomas D Painting to paint two bedrooms and a large bathroom in December 2020 and we were very happy. He arrived when we were told, he brought all supplies, including the paint. The work was fast, neat and looked great. We were very satisfied with the cost and the job done so we scheduled Thomas to paint two more rooms and ceilings in March 2021.

I searched Yelp for 3 weeks to find a drywall repair person near Carpentersville. Thomas D painting was the only business available. I setup an appointment, was provided an estimate and scheduled the work. 2 days of work to fix a small corner of my master bedroom drywall from water damage and it was completed with excellent results. I would definitely recommend him for drywall repair and painting.
