Lisa grew up in Southern California and was introduced at an early age to art and design. She moved to Boise in 1999 where she created Sagebrush by Lisa, a decorative painting business. We worked with Jordan and his team at CBH to purchase a new home toward the end of this last year. Closing was on January 3 and the entire process was really good. Our home was staged for CBH's festival of homes while we were in contract and when the staging was removed there was damage to the walls and paint that needed repaired. We worked with Andy and their new home orientation team and they were so helpful to get the walls back to new condition, even repainting entire walls in an effort to make sure it looked great. There were a large number of floor plans to choose from and the sales staff helped us to view any that we were interested in.
Once we selected the house we wanted, they made the purchase process simple and smooth.
We received a $15000 credit from CBH which we used for window coverings , irrigation and landscaping with the remainder going to pay toward our closing costs.
We couldn’t be more pleased with our new home, our new State and the people at GBH Homes that helped make it all possible.

Just bought a new home from CBH. We loved working with Teschia - so professional and knowledgeable! She was a rockstar. They have perfected the art of new homes sales. Our superintendent walk through with Josh was also great.

As a Treasure Valley Realtor, I have sold multiple CBH homes and everyone there is very helpful! When inventory was tight they were working hard to provide homes. When buyers we’re getting beat out on multiple offers, CBH did not play that game and accepted offers as they came in. It was definitely a go to place for those tough price points… and for investors in that much needed rental market space.

Avoid CBH Homes at all costs! We bought one a year ago and are having major flooding and water damage issues to the point that our foundation is crumbling and CBH refuses to address the issue. CBH developments are notorious for water drainage issues. We wish we had never bought this house. We should have bought a Hubble Home instead.

Mark Enger was sent out do deal with a bedroom door, after it was replaced with the wrong sized door and not hung correctly during the first warranty claim. Mark was so friendly and knowledgeable from the start, thoroughly explaining the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. Without being asked, Mark offered to walk my wife and I through the interior and exterior of the house, providing tons of tips related to maximizing our AC/Heat usage, properly sealing windows and doors and many other things I was unaware of. We just purchased our first brand new home in Cedar Crossing and just couldn't be happier with our choice. CBH was amazing along every step (THANK YOU, Serena!!). If I could give 0 star I would. The warranty department is a JOKE!! 8 months later and we are still dealing with the same issue. They NEVER answer the phone or return calls. They close our claims without EVER talking to us. Standing swamp water so bad we can't finish our yard. The CBH response " standing water caused by yard not being finished" Not the fact that they filled in an irrigation ditch in our yard, not properly graded with a 1% slope and the landscaping crew took dirt from our yard to finish another house. They never brought in dirt to fix the grade issue and just closed the claim.

We moved into our new home a month ago and we noticed our tree that was planted in our front yard did not look very healthy. We tried some xtra watering and tree food all to no change in its condition. We called and they put in a work order to the landscaper. We really appreciated their quick response to our concern.

This review is for Whitney. We moved in 10 months ago and had a problem with the patio they poured. Contacted Whitney customer service who had the issue resolved right away. Jump ahead 9 months the maintenance for the common areas was poor to say the least. Contacted customer service, Whitney again, who took immediate action. New maintenance company exponentially better. This is a huge shout out to Whitney Bareither, from the warranty team. She is amazing! She took the "bull by the horns" so to speak to create a work order for an excellent landscaper to mitigate an issue we have been dealing with for weeks. I would love to give a shout out to Mark and David from the warranty team! They have come out to the house on two different occasions and both time went above and beyond. Today they fixed some squeaky floors in our upstairs bathroom. Mark takes his time and explains everything they are doing, he also goes above and beyond by taking the time to answer any questions that we might have. Where do I start... I'm so thrilled and grateful to have had Mark Enger and David Hoff over to help fix my flooring. Mark came over before the flooring team just to do a thorough inspection of the issue. He was very attentive to my concerns and showed me step by step why I was experiencing the issues. David was so detailed with every step to fix the floors correctly. In fact, he inspected my trim and dry wall in the kitchen to see how insulation was done. Kudos to CBH Home Warranty service. We bought our home about 21 months ago. Little did we know we had a faulty deadbolt lock until my son in law opened our deadbolt with his thumb. Knowing our home was beyond the one year warranty, I decided to call to see if they might fix it. Well....a CBH technician just showed up today and replaced the deadbolt mechanism with a new one, and it is secure.

SO DISAPPOINTED. Bought a house in the winter and was super excited about it. My parents liked the look of it as well and decided to buy in the same neighborhood. After living here for a few months, I realize how cheap the construction of the house is where the paint is chipping easily on the inside.
