Cloward Construction was started by Burke Cloward back in the 1950s. He was one of a select few building contractors in the building industry at that time. He worked hard and made honesty his policy, feeling that it was the only way to do business. As the business has been passed down from generation to generation, we, too, feel that honesty is the most important quality to have in order to succeed in our business.
With over decades of home-building experience, we have a large array of floor plans from a variety of talented architects and designers. Most of our new construction work uses custom floor plans designed by the client and one of our architects to give the client the custom home they want. Clients can build their custom home on a lot of land that we sell or one that they already own.
We specialize in our remodeling work (that is, any construction work on an existing structure). Whether you want to remodel your home's exterior, interior, or both, we can handle all your remodel projects! Over the years we have done many different remodeling projects. These projects range from adding a couple of cabinets to moving plumbing fixtures to gutting a home all the way down to the studs and starting over.
Steve and I are deeply grateful for your incredible effort to create a beautiful home for his parents. I think the scope of the project and the short time frame would have made the project impossible except for the fact that you were in charge. I don't know another contractor who would have even attempted it.
