Condie Construction specializes in large-scale infrastructure installation projects including waterlines, sewer and drainage systems, waste water treatment facilities, and roadway construction and reconstruction. We've been in business for more than 30 years, and that means we've seen it all.

Our experience gives us a greater capacity for problem-solving, finding and keeping the right people with the right skills, and friends and associates who know who we are and what we're capable of.It also means that we know how to get the job done, on-time and on-budget.

Condie Construction provides excellent workmanship in the following areas: excavation, grading, utilities, subdivisions, waste water treatment plants, roadways, drainage, box culverts, and EPDM liners for ponds and sewage lagoons. The construction site was as challenging as any that I have seen in 20 years, the diversity of work, tight site, challenging soils with high water content and concerned, curious resident onlookers.

One of the Condie box bed work trucks lost an Aluminum ladder off of the rack on I-15. It nearly caused a big pile up with cars scattering to avoid it. When we (and others) caught up to them and tried to get their attention, we were simply laughed at.
Simply Ridiculous. Strap your ladders down.
