Summit Construction builds in dozens of communities all across the state of Utah. If you have a lot or community you'd like us to build in, let us know and we'll make it happen. Harvest Park is a master planned community that has an incredible family atmosphere. There are parks throughout the community along with a massive clubhouse with a full gym inside.
The first step is picking out your plans. Even though we customize every home, we have dozens of plans you can look through to come up with a starting point. If we don't have the perfect plan for you, we're happy to work with one of your plans. If you need a home now, don't worry; we're always building a few extra homes for people in your exact situation.
When we were looking at builders we saw fancy presentations and heard lots of promises, but we didn't want salespeople. We wanted a good, solid home that was built with integrity and experience at the best price - and Summit Construction delivered. We loved how down-to-earth and straightforward Brady and Chris were.

Brady and his team are very polite and desire to please the client. We ran into several issues and Brady did his best to resolve each situation. He was diligent to see the job through until we were satisfied.

We had our basement finished by Nick and Summit Construction this past summer/fall. Unfortunately I cannot recommend him to others due to a few issues. The quality of the work was good, and when we could get ahold of him, Nick was helpful and friendly. However, it was a constant exercise in frustration trying to get firm dates for when certain parts of the basement would be complete, and we went over schedule by a month.
More frustrating, however, was the fact that after the basement was complete the bathroom sink still had difficulty draining. We had Nick or his associates out 3 times, and as

We're very happy with our home and feel it was a "bargain" compared to what other nearby builders were/are offering. The bottom line with Summit is, you get more for your house dollars. Many standard features—granite counters, extra carpet padding, comfort-height counters, tile in bathrooms and laundry, nicer finishings—are upgrades for other builders. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because of many mishaps and delays. Advice: follow-up discussions with sales people and construction foreman with an email. Would we buy from Summit again? Absolutely.
