As a new pool owner, I reached out to Mario to assist me after my pool turned green. He answered my 1st call and was patient while listening to my issue. He arrived within 2 days and treated the pool. It quickly cleared up and has been sparkling ever since. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Mario and his company.

My leasing company didn’t set the cleaning service for pool, so after a month of no response I reached out and spoke with Mr. Mario. He responded to me quickly, and scheduled my service with in a couple of days after speaking with him. He was very through, and even took pictures to show me what needed to be done and what he did. Very pleased with their service.

I reached out to Azur Pool Service over the weekend not planning to hear back from them til Monday. I received an email the very same day and Mario had an appointment set for first thing Monday, for the initial cleaning and water treatment. The pool looks so blue and beautiful! I definitely recommend you try them out!

Recently bought a house a few months ago with a pool in Wesley chapel, one of the most appealing things about the house was the pool. It was in better shape than most of the pools we saw at other houses so we decided to keep the azure the pool company that was already servicing the pool. Today was the first time I was home to be able to watch them service the pool the kid that came was only at the house for 10 minutes as times are noted on my security cameras. He walked to the back of the house and put his stuff down in the backyard once he put his stuff down he picked up his service note less

Signed up 2 weeks ago and haven’t been happier having picked Azure pool services. I choose the weekly plan as it’s a salt water pool and I new to the whole pool ownership idea.
They arrive on time, he tests the water and writes down all the levels of the pool in terms of ph, salinity, chlorine and a bunch of other things I don’t yet understand. Scrubs the sides, clears the filters and baskets, and adds chemicals as needed. He even setup my pump/heater/chlorinator setting for me.
My pool is 2 years old and needs a filter soon as well, the company is bringing one out and installing for what

Best customer service I’ve ever had! Awesome! I’ve been through several pool service company’s and this one is by far the best! Always on time, great communication, great service, very friendly. Several times I’ve needed my pool to be serviced on non service days do to the rain. Mario has come out even on the weekend within hours to get it looking perfect! That’s just on example. Great company!
