It's roots began as a family run business by its Founder and Principal, Michael Cooper in 2009. It has enjoyed the success of a local business servicing clients in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.
Its emphasis on its commercial operations include remodeling, cleaning, resurfacing, and repairs. The residential business addresses remodeling and repair services. To provide more services, we extend outside of those Tampa Bay areas for commercial accounts to include: Carrollwood and Temple Terrace.

Swimming pools are meant to be good looking like an oasis where the water is a place you want to be. However what happens when there are unsightly imperfections, cracks, and tiles that are missing? How do these imperfections actually impact the performance of a pool? Does it matter? Stains and calcium deposits are often found in swimming pools.
Ideally, you should run your pump for 24 hours a day, but we know that's unrealistic (and pricey), so let's look for an answer that keeps your pool clean and your wallet full. Generally running your pool pump for 12-hours a day is a good option. For a residential pool the water should turn over at least once per day.

Needed help in a pinch when another contractor wasn’t able to complete the work. Mike and his team stepped in workin 4 hours, evaluated the problem(a), fixed the issues, and began the pool start-up. Also special thanks to Joey who did an outstanding job on the 30 day start up, including servicing the pool on Thanksgiving Day. Outstanding dedication and customer service.

In my opinion, cooper pools is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. from what i can tell, pinch-a-penny turned cooper pools on to this job. because of covid pinch-a-penny didn't have the crew to do this job. i appreciate pinch-a-penny going out of their way to do this. so. i agreed to see cooper pools who gave me a quote but someone else showed up to sign the contract who turned out to be someone cooper pools hired to be the project mgr., (who also will not return phone calls). then the project mgr., sub-contracted someone else to do the work. now we have three pans in the fire

Mike came out to our first pool home and gave my husband and I a great one-on-one beginners lesson on taking care of and maintaining a saltwater pool. He was very knowledgeable and even showed us issues with our piping around the motor and how we can fix the problem ourself.
Honest and knowledgeable and once we get around to resurfacing our pool, we'll be reaching out again.

I had my pool resurfaced by another company. From the beginning I had major issues. The chemical company I was using at the time was not keeping the chemicals balanced and I ended up with a horrible looking pool. A neighbor referred me to Mike Cooper. As soon as Mike took over my pool looked great. He managed to turn a total disaster into a beautiful pool. He is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him!

The Coopers called me back within hours of my inital call when others ignored me like they were too busy to come take my money. Mike gave me a fair qoute for acid wash of pool. He showed up when he said he would and the job was completed beautifully on time, on budget.
